My clinic is dedicated to helping people regain and maintain better physical, emotional and mental heath, the natural way. Through Bowen Therapy and Kinesiology I work at both physical and energetic levels, assisting the body to heal from within. These therapies are extremely efficient for helping relieve the symptoms stress related disorders like anxiety & depression and promote complete recovery from physical acute and chronic pain.

Bowen Therapy is a holistic and uniquely gentle form of Bodywork, that can be used to treat a range of health conditions and physical ailments. As this is a gentle form of soft tissue muscle therapy, treatments are suitable for people of all ages from new born babies to the very Elderly.

Bowen Therapy involves targetting the body's muscles and fascia, in order to provide effective healing. The subtle moves that are performed by our practitioner are completed over your muscles and connective tissue. These moves send messages deep into the body’s cellular memory allowing your body to realease stress and heal, resulting in pain relief, a return of better health and a general sense of wellbeing.

Kinesiology, is a combination of ancient Eastern philosophies, theories and practises with modern Western science and muscle monitoring. Kinesiology works at an energetic level, through a biofeedback system, to assist your body to regain balance at a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Its effective results come from the way it works with the body’s innate healing intelligence to restore balance and health to neurological and physiological function.

Through Kinesiology, profound changes may be experienced emotionally, mentally and physically, thereby increasing a person’s health and wellbeing. When our system is functioning well, we feel well.
